By creating a reservation, the undersigned Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless FilipsFotos, its owners, employees, and agents (collectively, "Photographer"), from and against all claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses, including legal fees and costs, arising out of or related to any:

1. Injury to person or damage to property caused by or resulting from the actions or omissions of the Client or any guest, invitee, or other party attending the photoshoot.

2. Failure by the Client to secure proper permissions or releases for locations or subjects that are photographed.

3. Claims related to the infringement of intellectual property rights of third parties.

4. Technological failures or data loss pertaining to digital files delivered.

The Client acknowledges that the Photographer is not responsible for maintaining copies of the photographs after delivery and that it is the Client's responsibility to store and backup the images. The Photographer will take reasonable steps to ensure the safety and integrity of the digital files but is not liable for loss or damage due to technological failure after final delivery.

This agreement is binding upon the Client, their heirs, successors, and assigns. The Client acknowledges that they have read and understood this agreement and agree to be bound by its terms.
