While FilipsFotos is best known for wedding films, wedding photography is available as a dedicated service. Due to the attention required for quality photography or filmmaking, we are unable to provide both services simultaneously at this time.

Customization & Process
Every wedding day is unique, and each quote is built around your specific timeline and vision. Packages can be fully customized à la carte. All rates include complete editing and post-production deliverables.
Booking, Payments & Deliverables
To hold availability for your date, a 50% deposit and signed agreement are required at the time of booking. The remaining 50% is due 14 days prior to the event date. CASH DISCOUNT: 10% off your total when paying via cash payment. Online payments and card processing are accepted via https://www.paypal.biz/filipsfotos. Checks are also acceptable.
If included in your package, Sneak Peak will be delivered within 48 hours of your event. All other photos will be delivered within 30 days. Full photo gallery is delivered online via a private preview/download portal.
Overtime & Adjustments
Small overages of up to 30 minutes are not assessed. If your celebration runs over time and you’d like uninterrupted coverage of your day, package coverage can be expanded at $300/hour (after a complimentary half hour overage grace period).
Travel & Logistics
Travel is included for all venues within a 1-hour drive of Clifton Forge, VA (covering most of the Alleghany Highlands, Lexington, and greater west Roanoke regions). Venues beyond that range may require additional travel expenses.

Wedding and Event Services:
Each project we undertake is as unique as our clients themselves! Given the bespoke nature of wedding and event coverage, we provide personalized quotes that reflect the specific requirements and intricacies of your request. To provide you with an accurate quote, we’ll consider various factors such as:
the amount of time to be covered
location
editing requirements/artistic style/pace
final deliverable needs
and any special requests or considerations.
We believe this personalized quoting process allows us to deliver the highest quality service, perfectly aligned with your vision.
By creating a reservation, the undersigned Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless FilipsFotos, its owners, employees, and agents (collectively, "Photographer"), from and against all claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses, including legal fees and costs, arising out of or related to any:
1. Injury to person or damage to property caused by or resulting from the actions or omissions of the Client or any guest, invitee, or other party attending the photoshoot.
2. Failure by the Client to secure proper permissions or releases for locations or subjects that are photographed.
3. Claims related to the infringement of intellectual property rights of third parties.
4. Technological failures or data loss pertaining to digital files delivered.
The Client acknowledges that the Photographer is not responsible for maintaining copies of the photographs after delivery and that it is the Client's responsibility to store and backup the images. The Photographer will take reasonable steps to ensure the safety and integrity of the digital files but is not liable for loss or damage due to technological failure after final delivery.
This agreement is binding upon the Client, their heirs, successors, and assigns. The Client acknowledges that they have read and understood this agreement and agree to be bound by its terms.
